Tonda is a top-notch professional who sees the highest potential of a house and helps the sellers to achieve that potential. And she does this with humor, thoughtfulness, and graciousness, communicating and guiding along the way. Tonda added thoughtful touches both to our house and to her interactions with us. She had a lot of good ideas and a lot of suggestions, yet always made sure we were in the driver's seat and empowered to make the decisions. She works with an array of excellent, cost-effective service providers who assisted to make our house market-ready. The sale price was beyond our expectations.
